Wow!! Where do I begin? I was introduced to Mark by my realtor last year when we were having serious trouble securing our loan from our original lender. We learned "Pre-Approved" does not mean much. Mark was there to help though. He finished EVERYTHING within 4 weeks! We were so happy. 8 months later he reached out to us, offering a refinance option we simply could not refuse. We were trying to buy a house using our regular bank for the mortgage but the agent seemed a bit unorganized and was frequently hard to get a hold of. After a pair of weeks struggling to get things done, turn in required forms, and learn what else was needed so we could get ahead of the game my wife decided to try checking out some other lenders. She wound up talking to Mark who informed us he could get us a better rate and she decided to work with him instead. In 1 afternoon he had made as much progress as our previous mortgage agent had made over the course of 2 weeks and he got us a rate .75% lower than our personal bank. Granted, the market had something to do with how and why that was possible. That being said, our previous lender didn’t even seem interested in trying to get anything lower. He was in constant contact throughout the process and we received updates at least every other day during the week and sometimes he would even check in on the weekends to see if we were up to speed on what was happening. He helped us get a closing date sooner than the one we would’ve had with our bank. Mark Copland is an expert and a professional and we couldn’t be happier with him.
